1. Overview

Little Birds ("we," "us," or "our") operates a monthly snail mail subscription service delivering illustrated children's stories. By subscribing to our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the subscription management link in your Stripe receipt email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

3. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is included in the subscription price. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

4. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, please contact us. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be happy!

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
